1. Definitions & Interpretation

Certain words used in these Terms have specific meanings, which are explained below:

• "Platform" refers to vip4k's website, applications, and related services.
• "Account" refers to a personal profile registered in a user's name.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to money placed to participate in any game or event on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit or benefit provided by vip4k.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

vip4k's services are for individuals aged 21 or older only. By creating an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. We may request valid identification for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, vip4k reserves the right to close all such accounts and confiscate the associated funds.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at vip4k is ৳100. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits via any other method are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, processing time may vary if a verification process is underway.

3.3 Identity Verification

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before withdrawal, we may request valid identification and proof of address. Withdrawals will not be processed until this is completed.

• It is advisable for deposits and withdrawals to use the same payment method.
• In the event of any fraudulent transaction, the account will be suspended immediately.
• We reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities if money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus with a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus with a total balance of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are for personal and legitimate use only. If any user attempts to claim bonuses through bonus arbitrage, multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent method, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

5. VIP Program

vip4k's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Through regular play and active participation, you can advance to higher VIP tiers. Cashback will be automatically added to your account every week.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Influencing games through collusion with other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Conducting any form of fraudulent activity against the platform or with the intent to harm other users.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, vip4k reserves the right to close the relevant account without notice and confiscate the balance.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

vip4k treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. Our platform uses SSL encryption, which keeps all your data secure. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 At the User's Request

You may contact our customer support at any time to request account closure. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

9.2 At vip4k's Initiative

We may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.
• As required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

vip4k makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, we will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or internet connection issue.
• If an account is compromised due to the user's own negligence or sharing of their password.
• Due to the failure of third-party software or services.
• If service is disrupted due to any event beyond our control.

The most current applicable terms will always be available on this page. Previous terms may be archived, but they no longer apply once the new terms take effect.
